Philadelphia is sometimes called the City of Brotherly Love. It is the 5th biggest city in the U.S. Over one million people live there. Benjamin Franklin lived in Philadelphia. The city was founded by William Penn. His statue stands on top of City Hall. Independence Hall is in Philadelphia. The Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were drafted there.
