Suzannah was tired a lot. At night she would read under the sheets with a flashlight. She would do this after her mom had tucked her in. She loved to read and wanted to finish every book she started almost as soon as she opened it. At school she couldn't keep her eyes open. During recess she put her head down on her desk and took a nap. Her teacher was worried about her, and he asked her if everything was okay. She told him about her problem. Her teacher came up with an interesting idea. He told her that instead of sleeping during recess, she might want to read. If she read during the day, then she could sleep at night. Suzannah tried his idea and liked it. She had enough energy to do everything she needed to in one day and still have enough time to read.
