Bike Ride

Kristy glided down the hill on her bike. It was a warm, sunny day in June. She had nothing else to do but enjoy herself. She made a few right turns. She made a few left turns. She tried to go down as many hills as possible because they were the most fun. She was riding around a corner when she ran over a soda can and fell to the ground. It wasn't a hard fall. Kristy checked her legs and arms, but didn't see any scrapes. But when she looked up, she realized something. She had no idea where she was. How was that possible? She had ridden around her neighborhood many times. Perhaps she hadn't made as many turns in the past. She got back on her bike and looked up the hill she had just come down. There was only one thing to do. She would have to go back exactly the way she came, if she could remember. Starting up the hill, Kristy sighed. It was going to be a long way home.
