This could be fruit, yogurt, toast, or cereal. Eating before exercising gives you more energy while you're exercising. It also prevents you from feeling dizzy or nauseous later. When you're done exercising, it is very important to drink water right away. Along with drinking water, it is a good idea to have watermelon, pineapple, grapes, or soup. Stay away from greasy, heavy foods like French fries and burgers. Heavy food can cause fatigue, or extreme tiredness. In general, maintain a healthy diet. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, chicken, and fish. Stay active and eat healthy!
