Flying is becoming a more common way to travel. Although it may seem like a dangerous way to travel, it is actually very safe. People often worry about the take-off and landing, forgetting about the time that they are in the air. It is this time, while you are in flight, that you can do certain things to keep yourself safe. When the flight attendant offers you a beverage, always choose water. It is very easy to get dehydrated when you are flying. Water is the best thing you can drink when you are high up in the air. Also, make sure you move around. Try to stretch your arms and legs occasionally. It's not natural for your body to sit still for a long period of time. Don't be afraid to get those wiggles out, as long as you don't bother the person sitting next to you! Flying is safe and fun and can be very comfortable if you remember to follow these steps to take care of yourself during the flight.
