One of Devon's favorite activities was making cookies. She loved making gingerbread men. She would give them gumdrop eyes. They would have buttons made of icing. Her gingerbread men tasted good. Her mom made cookies too. She made chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. Devon really liked chocolate chip cookies. On Christmas Eve, Devon's mom and dad made a big dinner. They had turkey. They also had mashed potatoes with gravy. Then, they had pie for dessert. Devon liked everything about Christmas.
