One muscle in your body, the heart, really likes exercise. A stronger heart will do its job better, delivering oxygen and blood to your body. Exercise makes other muscles stronger too. As the muscles in your arms and legs grow stronger, you will be able to swing a baseball bat harder and run for a longer period of time. Not only will exercise make you strong, but activity also causes your brain to release chemicals called endorphins, which make you feel relaxed and happy.
