Sheila pulled into the parking lot and parked the car. She took the keys out of the engine. Sheila rested her head on the steering wheel. This was the first day of her first job. She was going to be a waitress in her uncle's restaurant. She knew that her uncle would be an easygoing boss. But she still wanted to do a good job and make a good first impression. Sheila was nervous about her first day. She kept picturing all of the things that could go wrong. What if she mixed up people's orders? Or what if she accidentally spilled water all over a customer? What if she dropped a tray full of dishes? She could feel her stomach knotting up. However, she knew she had to face her fears. It was time to get started. After all, the first day was the hardest.
