First Time Flying

Jake had never been on an airplane before. And he couldn't wait to see his best friend. Jake's best friend lived two states away. Jake was sitting between his mom and dad on the plane. He put on his seatbelt. It was similar to the seatbelt in his car at home. He loved being so high above the ground. There were people called flight attendants on the plane. They wore nice uniforms. They walked up and down the aisle. They passed out snacks and drinks to the passengers. The attendants heard that it was Jake's first time on an airplane. So, they took him to the front of the plane. Jake learned that the people flying the plane were called pilots. He thought they had an interesting job. From then on, he decided he wanted to be a pilot.
