Priscilla snuck quietly in the back door. She could hear the television in the living room. She had hoped her parents would be in there. She put her overnight bag down on the kitchen table. She had stayed the night at Amy's house. Amy's mom got them temporary hair dye. Amy dyed her hair bright pink. It looked like cotton candy. They assured Priscilla that it would wash out. Priscilla choose bright green. Her hair looked like a field of grass. She tiptoed down the hallway. She peaked around the corner. Her whole family was there. Her parents were sitting on the couch. Her brother was sitting in front of them. She took a few steps back into the hallway. She glanced in the mirror on the wall. Her hair's color had faded a little since last night. But it was still very green. She grinned at herself before leaping into the living room.
